Policies: 

 Returns & Exchanges: Moody Rainbow does not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong size at the fault of Moody Rainbow. If this is the case, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival for next steps. The package must be shipped back at buyers expense within 3 days. Returns/exchanges that pass the weekend will not be accepted. 

Items must come back in NEW/UNUSED Condition. If there is any damage (i.e. Holes, wear, or even smoke smells) the return will be refused by seller.

Shipping: To keep costs low, FIRST CLASS Shipping is offered at the base price point. First Class does not include INSURANCE. If the package is marked as delivered - Moody Rainbow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived in/ at mailbox please contact or visit your nearest USPS location. Unfortunately, sometimes packages get marked as delivered when they actually weren't. 

PRIORITY MAIL or EXPRESS includes insurance and has the quickest ship time. Please choose this option at checkout for coverage. If your package is lost or stolen please contact us immediately to take further action.

NEW! Add on ROUTE Shipping Insurance and Tracking to your order. This is a small fee added to your order that will protect lost, stolen, and damaged packages. Moody Rainbow is not responsible for packages after shipment so we strongly recommend adding this to your order.
